About the event
Motherhood is a workout in itself 😅 but what if you could move your body in a way that strengthens you physically and spiritually? Join Brigid and Brooke for a LIVE, faith-filled workout designed for Catholic women who want to feel strong, energized, and more connected to God’s design for their bodies.

This is NOT about punishing your body or squeezing into some unrealistic fitness mold. This is about moving with intention, honoring your feminine biology, and feeling good in the body God gave you.
What you can expect:
✔️ A full-body workout you can do at any fitness level (modifications included...using kids as weights, even!)
✔️ Breathwork & movement patterns that support your hormones and energy
✔️ Prayer and mindset shifts to deepen your connection with your body & soul
✔️ A totally kid-friendly environment, because let’s be honest, you might end up using a toddler as a weight.
Brigid will lead us in a short reflection and Brooke will lead us in a fun, engaging workout that will help us move our bodies in a way that feels good!
No fancy equipment. No guilt. No pressure. Just real moms moving together, feeling stronger, and maybe even getting a few minutes of peace (or at least a workout interrupted by giggles instead of whining).
(And no worries about little ones seeing us workout...we'll all be wearing modest clothing, which is something both Brigid and Brooke are so passionate about)
